Associate Director – Operational Risk & Compliance Sydney / Melbourne / Hybrid The Opportunity Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a highly regarded and purpose-driven institutional investor to recruit an Associate Director, Operational Risk & Compliance . This is a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation at a formative stage, where you will play a key role in shaping and embedding risk frameworks across a complex investment environment. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk & Compliance, you will provide specialist advice and assurance across enterprise, strategic and investment risk. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to uplift risk maturity, embed controls, and drive a strong risk culture across the organisation.
