Your role will involve working closely with clients to identify their needs and developing strategies to address those needs. This may include analysing data, creating new processes and procedures, aligning business requirements with technical delivery, and identifying opportunities for improvement. What You’ll Be Doing Engage with client stakeholders to plan and facilitate workshops, effectively eliciting requirements and translating insights into actionable recommendations for improvement. Independently lead and deliver client engagements, effectively managing timelines, budgets and forecasted effort. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and design practical tailored solutions. Conduct structured analysis across digital transformation, AI adoption, automation strategies and broader technology uplift initiatives. Design digital, IT and AI strategies aligned to organisational priorities, risk profiles and long-term business objectives. Develop robust business cases, transformation roadmaps and detailed implementation plans to support strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in leading business advisory and management consulting engagements, or similar role. Strong experience in successfully leading consulting engagements that have produced positive and tangible business outcomes. Ability to develop, lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify problems and develop solutions using contemporary approaches. A strong client focus and a strength in taking ownership to proactively monitor customer satisfaction while negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes. High level of organisation and time management to enable you to prioritise effectively and to successfully deliver multiple client engagements concurrently. Extensive experience of the broader technology ecosystem, common approaches to managing technology, modern technology concepts and emerging technologies.
