This client is a major manufacturer to the mining sector, you will be welding and fabricating various mining machinery, chutes, tanks and heavy structural components. You must be willing to do a lot of grinding . Nightshift may be available after some time. Mandatory: This position is strictly for Australian Permanent Residents or citizens with full working rights looking for long-term, permanent employment. Skills: Minimum 1 year welding in a workshop environment Able to repair and fabricate heavy-duty, high-impact mining components Strong competency in Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) and general fabrication. High level of reliability: we require candidates with no history of unexplained or repetitive absences who can consistently commit to 60 hours per week.
