GEM Resourcing are currently seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders to join one of our clients busy and well-established workshop in Hazelmere. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople with a strong background in heavy fabrication and mobile equipment rebuilds. With multiple major rebuild projects underway, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable, high-performing team. The Role You will be working across a range of heavy fabrication and repair scopes, including: Mobile equipment repairs and maintenance Machine rebuilds (track frame rebuilds and grader A-frame assemblies) Structural fabrication and welding in a workshop environment Thermal lancing and arc air gouging Roster & Hours 2-week rotating roster (days & nights) Day Shift: 6:00am – 5:00pm Night Shift: 5:00pm – 5:00am (Sunday to Thursday) Key Requirements Trade qualified Boilermaker / Welder Strong experience in FCAW welding in all positions Proven background in heavy fabrication and rebuild work Experience with mobile equipment repairs Competent in thermal lancing and arc air gouging Highly Regarded Forklift ticket Confined Space certification Working at Heights ticket About You Reliable and safety-focused Able to commit to rotating day/night shifts High attention to detail and quality workmanship Strong team player Have full Australian working rights What’s on Offer $50–$55per hour (depending on experience) Ongoing, long-term work Stable workshop-based role in Hazelmere Opportunity to work on major rebuild projects Supportive We look forward to hearing from you!
