The ideal candidate will have strong program coordination and leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, and a commitment to delivering inclusive, high-quality library programs aligned with ALIA guidelines and community expectations. You will bring excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills, support and guide staff involved in program delivery, and use evaluation and feedback to continuously improve services for the diverse Alice Springs community.
