About the Role The Client Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's mission and growth. Sitting at the heart of their client and law firm experience, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end application process, assessing funding eligibility, and building trusted relationships with their partners in family law. Key Responsibilities: Apply your family law expertise to assess funding applications from clients and law firms, ensuring they have the financial resources to pursue fair and equitable outcomes. Proactively identify potential risks and red flags in applications, using sound judgment to safeguard both client wellbeing and commercial outcomes. Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with our law firm partners, ensuring their experience is seamless, responsive, and supported.
