With continued investment in growth, product innovation and customer experience, the business is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team across Victoria and Tasmania. The Role As the Sales Manager, you will take ownership of driving revenue growth, customer retention and market expansion across Victoria and Tasmania. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing state-based sales team Drive achievement of revenue, margin and growth targets in line with business strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as an escalation point when required Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding market share and product penetration Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive organic growth and new product uptake Manage and optimise sales pipelines, forecasting and conversion performance Oversee pricing strategies, rate reviews and commercial negotiations Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and service delivery Monitor and improve performance through data, reporting and dashboard insights Lead state-based initiatives aligned with national sales strategy About You We are seeking a commercially astute and people-focused sales leader with: Demonstrated experience in a sales leadership function Proven ability to lead, develop and uplift sales teams Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, managing key accounts and winning new business Experience in logistics or packaging is highly regarded. However, we are open to considering candidates from broader industries with strong B2B sales leadership experience with transferable skills. Highly developed commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, negotiation and margin management A strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into execution and results Strong analytical capability, with experience using CRM systems, reporting and pipeline management tools Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills What's On Offer This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with a supportive culture.
