Operating on a fee-for-service model, they provide end-to-end advisory and acquisition services. About the Role: All clients are provided and pre-approved. You will work in a pod with a focus on sourcing suitable investment opportunities, building relationships with real estate agents, and assisting in delivering strong outcomes for clients. You’ll identify on and off-market opportunities through agent outreach, market research and property shortlisting. This is a flexible role with autonomy to structure your own day, not your typical 9–5. Key Responsibilities: Research suburbs, comparable sales and market trends Review property videos and provide feedback Prepare property shortlists and summary reports Report on pipeline activity and sourcing progress Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking No property inspections required, these are outsourced Present properties to clients and close deals About you: Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency required Confident and proactive on the phone, with the ability to build rapport quickly with real estate agents Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple property briefs and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Ideal candidate has 2-3 years experience as a Buyers Agent Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated & autonomous What's on offer: No prospecting required!
