We’re seeking an experienced Head of Project Delivery to lead the successful delivery of early‑phase clinical trials within a fast‑paced, high‑quality clinical trial site. Reporting to the Director, this role provides strategic oversight of a portfolio of studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest regulatory and quality standards. You’ll lead and develop a multidisciplinary project delivery team while partnering closely with internal stakeholders, sponsors and vendors. What you’ll do Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple early‑phase clinical trials Own timelines, budgets, risk management and performance metrics Act as the senior escalation point for project and sponsor matters Drive continuous improvement across project management and quality processes Build strong sponsor and stakeholder relationships Provide inspiring, accountable leadership to a team of project professionals What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in Science, Business or a related field Significant experience delivering complex clinical trial portfolios Strong people leadership and resource management experience Deep knowledge of ICH‑GCP and clinical trial regulations High‑level financial management, planning and analytical skills Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capability Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or Business (desirable) This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, collaboration and delivering results that make a real impact.
