About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Reliability Engineer to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. This site-based role forms part of the Asset Reliability Team, reports to the Asset Reliability Specialist, and operates on an 8:6 roster. The graduate program is a structured 24-month rotational program across key fixed plant areas, combining on-the-job experience with formal training to develop core reliability engineering capability, supported by ongoing development opportunities and regular performance reviews. This is a 24-month contract position with the potential to become a permanent role Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting reliability analysis, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Investigating equipment failures and performing root cause analysis to improve reliability outcomes. Analysing plant performance data, including downtime and availability, to identify trends and drive improvements. Developing and optimising preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and procedures. Supporting maintenance planning and system improvements, including equipment data management and spares optimisation. Collaborating with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to implement effective reliability initiatives. About You Our preferred candidate will be a recent graduate with some exposure to the mining industry through relevant undergraduate or vacation work experience, although this is not mandatory. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. Exposure to CAD software, drafting tools, and spreadsheet calculation-based software. Technical report writing skills. Current C-class manual driver’s licence. Willingness to work in underground mining environments.
