Description Redpath Australia are seeking applications for Graduate Occupational Health and Safety professionals to undertake our tailored Graduate Program and gain practical, industry experience at multiple mines sites throughout Australia. For OHS Graduates, the program is designed to build strong practical safety capability, leadership skills, and the experience required to become a well-rounded safety professional within the mining industry. While the framework for the program is detailed, each graduate will be treated as an individual, with their personal needs, existing experience and future aspirations taken into consideration. Some graduates may have a preference for a particular sector (Mechanised mining, Raisebore or Shafts); however, our diversity allows opportunities to gain experience across all fields where required. Redpath will appoint a Coordinator to oversee the program, working with Managers and Project Managers to ensure adequate and effective training and development is occurring. The Coordinator will also act as a resource and mentor for graduates. This will be a combination of work on site and from our Perth Office. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in OHS discipline (Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety, Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety), graduating 2024-2026 or within the last two years ; Previous industry experience (highly regarded); Valid manual Drivers Licence; Solid planning and organisational skills; Ability to problem solve and be adaptable; Process oriented with a high level of attention to detail; Ability to work well with others in a team environment and unsupervised; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to pass a National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical; and A safety approach in keeping with Redpath's principle Safety - First, Last and Always;
