The Process and Store Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our site operations located in Landsdale. This position is responsible for handling inventory, processing orders, producing chemical products and maintaining a safe and organised workspace. The successful candidate will be expected to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, production equipment, follow safety and quality protocols, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operation. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet operational targets. Call Michael to ask any questions 0418 926 090 ESSENTIAL CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Must-have: - High school certificate or equivalent. - Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10kgs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Mixing & blending batches of chemicals such as cyanide - Sound math skills for inventory and order accuracy. - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods. - Reliable transportation to and from the business location. - Current Forklift Licence. - Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role. Nice-to-have: - Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. - Effective communication skills for team collaboration and problem-solving.
