About the job Leading daily store activities to ensure smooth operations, strong sales outcomes, and a high standard of customer service. Planning product range and maintaining appropriate stock quantities to meet customer demand and optimise sales. Establishing purchasing plans, pricing structures, and promotional activities based on market conditions and supplier evaluation. Overseeing stock movement processes, including ordering, stock counts, and maintaining accurate inventory and financial records. Reviewing sales figures and business performance reports to identify trends and support informed business decisions. Managing financial planning by setting budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring the store operates within cost expectations. Guiding and supporting team members through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and regular performance feedback. Organising staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while keeping wage costs under control. Ensuring a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, resolving concerns, and maintaining service quality. Maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and product displays to enhance customer engagement and brand image. Supervising the handling and placement of incoming stock to ensure timely availability and proper presentation. Tracking team and store performance against targets and implementing improvements where necessary. Upholding workplace safety standards and ensuring all staff follow health, safety, and hygiene requirements. Skills and experience required At least one year’s experience in a similar role is required. A minimum Diploma Level studies are required. Management experience ideally in a fast-paced retail environment A true passion for retail & growing your retail management career Good communication skills Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
