Job Description We’re looking for a proactive Talent Partner to support core Human Resources programs that strengthen our workforce and leadership capability. As a Talent Partner, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to deliver end‑to‑end talent management initiatives across the Australian business. You will support organisational capability through key talent activities including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, workforce capability and development planning, as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. This role ensures strong alignment with regional and global talent frameworks and the effective use of Workday‑enabled talent processes to drive consistent and high‑quality outcomes. This is a 9-month fixed term contract What you’ll do: Partner with leaders and HR to deliver Workday-enabled performance management, talent assessment and succession planning processes Act as a trusted advisor on talent risks, role readiness, capability gaps and development priorities Support workforce capability planning and succession discussions aligned to business strategy Facilitate high-quality outcomes from talent and performance cycles through guidance and quality assurance Support annual performance and talent cycles within Workday, including calibration readiness, data quality checks and follow-up actions Partner with leaders to translate performance and talent outcomes into clear development and succession actions. Contribute to capability frameworks, role expectations and development pathways aligned to regional and global models Support learning delivery as an enabler of talent and capability outcomes rather than owning learning strategy What You’ll Bring 3 - 4 years’ experience in Talent, Learning, Organisational Development or Human Resource. Demonstrated experience partnering on Workday Talent, Performance and Succession processes Experience working with HRIS and LMS platforms to support talent cycles and data-driven insights Strong stakeholder partnering and influencing capability Ability to translate system outputs into practical business actions High-quality written and verbal communication skills Strong judgement, discretion and commercial awareness Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business or related fields (preferred).
