Full Job Description Our client is a leading national not-for-profit specialising in helping vulnerable people in the community. Due to expanding services and the opening of new facilities, they are seeking to bolster their team with a Commercial Property Manager to oversee their Victorian and Tasmanian properties. Reporting to the Head of Property, you will oversee: Negotiating lease agreements, managing lease renewals, and resolving tenant-related issues effectively and professionally Ensuring the commerciality of leases and that the organisation is represented competitively in negotiations Liaising with Business Operations Managers regarding leasing and property requirements Coordinating and managing minor fit-outs for existing tenancies and new commercial offices to ensure they meet the organisation’s vision and customer requirements Conducting regular property inspections to ensure safety, security, and compliance with health and safety standards About You Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously A background in Commercial Property Management with a strong understanding of leases Outstanding time management and communication skills A people-focused approach aligned with their focus on inclusion Strong stakeholder relationship management skills Police Check, Working with Children Check, Driver’s Licence, and NDIS Worker Check Why Join?
