Please note the role is 100% office based. In this role you will be: Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and preparation of briefing materials Drafting and coordinating correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing papers Supporting Executive and Board meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions as required Providing hands-on support for meetings and events, including preparation of meeting spaces, coordination of catering, and management of logistics. To apply for the role, you will need: Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in an Executive Assistant role Strong capability managing complex inboxes and calendars Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion Immediate availability on Tuesdays and Fridays (ideally), with the additional day being flexible.
