Salary $60,000-$70,000 Super Full time office based in North Sydney (Open to Part Time) This is a hands on, varied role combining customer service, administration, and travel operational coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and contributing to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Bookings Process bookings and maintain accurate records Prepare and send confirmations and relevant documentation Provide clear and helpful information regarding products, availability, and inclusions Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the booking process Operations Support Assist with preparation for upcoming programs and schedules Coordinate general logistics and ensure required materials are ready Liaise with suppliers and external partners to confirm arrangements Support the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of scheduled activities Administration Provide general administrative support across the business Maintain accurate data entry and documentation Assist with office coordination and daily tasks Provide additional support during peak periods as required About You Confident and professional phone manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, practical, and able to take initiative Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience in customer service, bookings, or administration preferred Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced office Why Join Us?
