The Role Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure materials and services are available to support operations Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy across systems and documentation Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times, manage deliveries, and resolve any supply issues Monitor stock levels and work with internal teams to align supply with business requirements Maintain accurate data within ERP systems and support reporting across purchasing activities Assist with supplier performance tracking and ongoing relationship management Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce delays, and support cost efficiencies Your Background Experience within a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with experience dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders High attention to detail with strong systems and data accuracy capability Exposure to ERP or inventory management systems preferred What’s on Offer Join a growing business where you will gain broad exposure across supply chain operations and play a key role in supporting day-to-day purchasing activities.
