Your new company A well-established organisation operating within a fast-paced supply chain and distribution environment is seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Support Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This organisation plays a key role in supporting multiple retail and distribution stakeholders through accurate data management and operational support. Your new role Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of product, pricing, and supplier data within ERP systems. This role is highly data-driven and will see you working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure stock accuracy, pricing integrity, and smooth replenishment operations.Key responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining supplier and product master data within ERP systems Reviewing and applying pricing updates accurately and in a timely manner Maintaining up-to-date product information to support inventory accuracy Generating, reviewing and distributing reports to relevant stakeholders Supporting promotional activity by ensuring products are correctly ordered, delivered and actioned Assisting with product lifecycle updates, recalls and ad-hoc data requests Liaising with internal teams to ensure operational deadlines are met What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience working with ERP systems, ideally including Pronto, along with strong capability in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level and confidence using Google Sheets. You will have demonstrated experience in data analysis and data management roles and be highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy. Excellent organisational skills are essential, allowing you to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while your clear communication style will enable you to engage effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience within supply chain, inventory, or operational environments will be highly regarded. A qualification in Business, Administration, Supply Chain or a related field will be well regarded but is not essential.
