This role will support three locations, company car provided Why This Role Stands Out You're not managing stock or sales - you're leading people through real life moments You'll take full ownership across multiple sites You'll shape the culture of a growing, developing team You'll be visible, hands-on, and in a collaborative environment What You'll Be Doing Lead 12-15 staff across multiple locations Run day-to-day operations with structure and consistency Arrange and conduct funeral services as required Step in and support your team during high-pressure, emotional situations Lift standards, performance, and accountability across sites Be on-call as part of a shared roster as required This is a lead-from-the-front role . What We're Looking For Strong people leader (multi-site experience is a big win) Background in healthcare, aged care, hospitality, or service environments Calm, steady, and emotionally intelligent Can walk into a developing team and lift it quickly Structured, organised, and naturally respected Comfortable being hands-on in all parts of the business Who This Suits This role suits a leader who's done retail or operation's and wants more meaning.
