Key responsibilities include supervising employees, managing the roster and staffing allocation, and delivering clinical and personal care to meet residents’ cultural, emotional, physical, social and spiritual goals. About you To be successful in this position, you will be person-centred; highly organised and committed to delivering excellent care. You will have: Current AHPRA registration (Division 1) Experience as an AHS in aged care, preferably in a residential setting Have availability to work night shifts Proven effective and kind communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to foster teamwork and effectively coordinate personal care services whilst providing clinical care Able to work autonomously, having an understanding of accountability and the importance of consultation Ability to work as Chief Warden to manage emergency situations within established processes.
