About the Position: The Retail Manager will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the operations of our multiple massage therapy clinics across Victoria at Near By Massage Pty Ltd trading as Near by Massage Remedial Clinic. Responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day management, optimising staff performance and resource allocation, upholding the highest standards of customer service, and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic planning, this position is essential to the continued success and expansion of the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple massage therapy clinics across Victoria to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning. Manage staff recruitment, selection, training, rostering, and performance to maintain high service standards. Determine appropriate product mix, stock levels of retail items and therapy supplies, and service standards. Formulate and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive client growth and business development. Monitor financial performance, maintain records, undertake budgeting, and control costs. Promote the clinic’s services, ensure excellent customer service, and handle client relations. Implement policies and procedures to uphold compliance, health and safety standards. Minimum 12 months’ experience in a related business or retail management environment.
