We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and manage staff within our business of Cheese Cake Shop. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures Supervise, train, and roster staff to ensure smooth operations Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints Monitor sales performance , set targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue Manage stock control , ordering, and inventory levels (including perishable goods) Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained Oversee visual merchandising and product displays Prepare sales reports, budgets, and financial records Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines and company policies Skills & Experience Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Retail Manager or similar role Experience in food retail, bakery, or hospitality (highly preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Knowledge of POS systems and stock management Understanding of food safety standards Qualifications Certificate IV or Diploma in Hospitality/Business What We Offer Competitive salary package Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Stable full-time employment.
