Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking an experienced WHS Advisor for NSW. About the Opportunity This is a hands-on, in-field role where you’ll play a key part in influencing how safety is understood and applied across our NSW operations. You’ll spend the majority of your time (around 70%) out in the field, working alongside our teams across Sydney and Newcastle, with occasional travel to our satellite branches in Port Macquarie and Nowra. This isn’t a desk-based compliance role — it’s about building relationships, coaching behaviours, and embedding a genuine safety-first mindset. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders and crews to connect the dots between safety, behaviour, and real outcomes on site.
