Job Title: Handyman Location: x3 Hotels in Sydney CBD Hourly Rate: $40ph Super 6 Month Contract We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman to provide maintenance support across three hotels located in the Sydney CBD. This is a 6‑month contract role with strong potential for extension based on performance. About the role: You will be responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance and minor repairs to ensure hotel facilities are kept to a high standard for guests and staff. The role involves working across multiple sites within close proximity. Key responsibilities: • General building and property maintenance • Plumbing repairs (basic/commercial level) • Carpentry, patching, painting, and touch‑up works • Minor electrical tasks (where licensed/competent) • Preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Liaising with hotel management and external contractors • Ensuring all work complies with WHS standards About you: • Proven handyman experience in a commercial environment (hotels preferred) • Strong all‑round maintenance skills • Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple sites • Good communication and time‑management skills • Trade qualification or relevant certifications highly regarded • White Card required Role details: • Location: Sydney CBD (3 hotel sites) • Contract: 6 months, with potential extension • Rate: $40 per hour • Start: Immediate / ASAP If you are a dependable handyman with commercial experience looking for a stable contract role in the CBD, we’d love to hear from you.
