Their Shepparton-region business plays a key role in processing and packing, supported by modern equipment across several sites. The Role This role leads WHS across multiple fruit processing and packing sites in the Shepparton region. You will take ownership of implementing systems, improving safety culture, and ensuring compliance across a diverse and fast-paced operational environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead WHS strategy implementation across all sites Drive safety culture improvement and workforce engagement Oversee audits, inspections and compliance frameworks Manage incident investigations (ICAM) and corrective actions Lead risk management processes and hazard identification Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership and board Support training, systems improvement and WHS capability uplift About You You are a hands-on WHS leader who thrives in operational environments and can translate strategy into action. You build trust across teams and are confident influencing from the floor to executive level.You will demonstrate: Formal WHS qualification (Diploma or higher) Senior WHS experience in industrial, FMCG or similar settings Proven ability to implement WHS systems and close out actions Strong communication across diverse and ESL workforces Experience with ICAM investigations and risk frameworks Ability to balance on-site presence with reporting requirements Exposure to multi-site operations (fresh produce advantageous) The Benefits: This is a key leadership role offering strong remuneration and the opportunity to shape WHS outcomes across a complex, multi-site agribusiness operation in regional Victoria.
