About the role You will be responsible for: Leading by example across service, maintenance and installation work Supporting and guiding junior electricians and apprentices Managing jobs from start to finish with a strong focus on quality Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electrical faults Interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation Ensuring compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations Assisting with scheduling and workflow coordination where required Delivering outstanding customer service on every job Supporting the wider team with technical advice and problem solving About you To be successful, you will have: Current NSW Electrical Licence Strong experience in service and maintenance electrical work Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to mentor and develop other technicians Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Excellent customer communication skills NSW Driver's Licence White Card High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Positive attitude and team-first approach Why apply?
