Dry Fire Supervisor – Service Team Artarmon, Sydney NSW | Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided Looking to step into a leadership role within the fire industry, or take the next step off the tools? We’re partnering with a well-established building services provider seeking a Dry Fire Supervisor to support their Sydney service operations. This is a great opportunity to combine your technical fire knowledge with team leadership in a structured, office-based environment. The Position Based in Artarmon, you’ll oversee the coordination and delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites. Working closely with internal teams and external contractors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring service jobs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time. Key Duties Lead and support a team of fire technicians, testers, and subcontractors Coordinate daily service activity, including scheduling and job allocation Assist in resolving operational issues and keeping works on track Support quoting, variations, and invoicing processes Manage materials, stock levels, and job requirements Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Mentor and guide field staff, identifying training and development needs About You Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen with a current NSW Driver’s Licence Electrical trade background preferred, with a Supervisor Licence advantageous Minimum 7 years’ experience in the fire protection industry, with either: Previous leadership/supervisory experience, or Strong hands-on technical experience (including fault finding, programming, and configuring fire panels) and a desire to transition into leadership Sound knowledge of Australian Standards relating to fire detection and alarm systems Confident using Microsoft Office and job management systems Experience with SimPRO or similar platforms highly regarded Willingness to complete a Working With Children Check, Police Check, and pre-employment medical What’s in it for You Competitive salary package super Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, and tolls Company phone provided Monday to Friday role with stable hours and RDOs Supportive team environment with a strong focus on culture Opportunities for long-term career progression The Opportunity Join a growing organisation with a strong presence across multiple service lines and a solid reputation in the industry.
