Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a Workshop Maintenance Supervisor for a civil piling company in Wollongong. Main Duties: This role will suit someone with strong mechanical expertise and proven experience managing maintenance teams in fast-paced construction or heavy industry environments. You will be responsible for maintenance across a fleet including with Cranes, Heavy earthmoving equipment, Piling machinery. Lead and supervise a team of 6–12 maintenance technicians (workshop and field-based) Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance standards are met Requirements: Strong mechanical background with extensive hands-on knowledge of heavy equipment Proven leadership experience supervising maintenance teams Experience in cranes, earthmoving equipment, or piling machinery Strong understanding of preventative maintenance systems Experience with CMMS software (e.g. MECS, SAP, or similar systems).
