The matters will be a mix of insolvency (acting for liquidators, trustees, and creditors) as well as general commercial disputes. Key responsibilities include: Running complex insolvency and restructuring matters from inception to resolution. Handling a variety of commercial litigation in both trial and appellate courts. Mentoring: Providing guidance and technical support to junior lawyers, playing a key role in their professional development. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through a pragmatic, results-driven approach.
