Based in Mascot, Sydney, we are an integrated migration and recruitment business supporting clients across Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and commercially minded migration professional to join a collaborative, highly experienced team working across a broad range of visa matters. We are ideally seeking a Sydney-based candidate who can work in a hybrid arrangement, attending the office 2–3 days per week. However, strong interstate candidates will also be considered. Our work commonly includes: Employer-sponsored visas, including Subclass 482, ENS, 494 and 407 Skilled Independent and State Sponsored visas Labour Agreements DAMA applications Global Talent / National Innovation matters Partner visas Other temporary and permanent visa pathways Caseload volumes may vary depending on workflow and client demand. Key responsibilities In this role, you will: Prepare and lodge migration applications Draft clear, accurate and strategic migration advice letters Advise clients on visa options, eligibility, process and strategy Research migration legislation, policy and relevant case issues Liaise with clients and respond to email enquiries professionally and efficiently Communicate with employers, skills assessing authorities, State sponsoring bodies, RCBs and the Department of Home Affairs Assist with ART-related drafting where required (although we don’t do many) Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues About you To be considered for this role, you will ideally have 5 years’ experience as a Registered Migration Agent and be confident managing both corporate and private client matters.
