Immigration Associate (3 PQE) Sydney CBD | Corporate & Strategic Migration Practice A highly regarded Sydney-based migration practice is seeking an Immigration Lawyer (3yrs PAE) to join its growing team. The Role as an Immigration Lawyer, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and limited supervision, acting as a trusted advisor internally and externally. You will: Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate and individual clients end-to-end Design and execute commercially sound immigration strategies Advise on complex employer-sponsored matters, particularly Subclass 482 (TSS) and Subclass 186 (ENS) visas Provide strategic representation to the Department of Home Affairs Prepare decision-ready applications, submissions and briefing papers Proactively manage client relationships and deliver high-value, differentiated service Identify business development opportunities within your client portfolio Contribute thought leadership (articles, presentations, insights) and participate in industry events This is a 30% strategic / 70% tactical role, combining hands-on casework with broader client and business engagement.
