Mandatory: Background in industrial/trade painting. Highly Regarded: Trade Quals, Forklift (LF), Gantry Crane, or Fabrication experience. The Role Prep: Sanding, priming, and grinding weld spatter. Apply: Mixing and applying industrial coatings to a high standard. Detail: Interpreting technical drawings and specs for a flawless finish. Safety: Strict adherence to SOPs, SWMS, and workshop safety. Logistics: Using LF/Gantry to move components and attending sites for touch-ups. Why You?
