Job Title: Panel Beater & Automotive Painter Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Beater & Automotive Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing vehicle body damage and performing high-quality paint work to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Panel Beating • Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements • Repair or replace damaged panels using appropriate tools and techniques • Straighten chassis and frames where required • Remove dents, scratches, and other body imperfections • Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components Automotive Painting • Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming • Mix and match paint to manufacturer specifications • Apply base coat, clear coat, and finishing layers • Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality paint finishes • Polish and buff completed paintwork ⸻ Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience as a panel beater and/or automotive painter • Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques • Experience with spray painting equipment and tools • Ability to color match and blend paint accurately • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Relevant trade qualification (preferred) ⸻ Work Requirements • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Good physical fitness and manual dexterity • Understanding of workplace health and safety standards ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Ongoing training and development • Supportive team environment • Modern tools and equipment
