Job Description As a Sales Performance Leader, you’ll lead a team of Insurance Consultants in a contact centre environment, coaching them to have better conversations with customers who have actively sought us out. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and Customer Care and work alongside a collaborative leadership team, accountable for achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring every interaction reflects the standard we’re known for. In This Role You Will; Coach your team to consistently achieve sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and effective use of leads Develop individual capability through regular one-on-one coaching, call reviews, and calibration sessions that translate into stronger customer conversations Establish clear performance expectations and take a proactive, consistent approach to managing gaps and maintaining standards Build an engaged and motivated team through recognition, incentives, and a culture where people genuinely want to perform Uphold conduct and compliance standards to ensure trusted customer outcomes and business integrity
