Job Description In this role you will be responsible for Supply Chain product quality assurance from point of manufacture to our customers. Our team provides product quality and technical advice to our various internal stakeholders (supply, operations, manufacturing, sales & marketing) and external customers. You will be accountable for managing product quality risks by maintaining and applying Viva’s Assurance processes so that the business maintains compliance with relevant Laws, Regulations, and agreed-on Standards in a cost-effective manner. Key Responsibilities Provide support and technical advice to internal company stakeholders and to customers. Provide advice for management of non-conforming product (contamination). Develop and update specifications, standards and procedures relating to the quality control of the fuel products. Perform periodic quality audits of our supply terminals and contracted Quality Service Provider laboratories to ensure quality standards are being maintained. Review manuals and procedures for the purpose of strengthening PQ performance across the supply chain.
