We're currently looking for an experienced Used Car Pre-Delivery Manager to lead and oversee our pre-delivery operations in Dandenong. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring all used vehicles are prepared to the highest standard, ready for delivery, and aligned with customer expectations. You will be responsible for : Managing the end-to-end used vehicle pre-delivery process Leading and supporting a team of technicians and detailers Ensuring all vehicles meet quality, safety, and presentation standards Coordinating workflow to meet delivery deadlines Maintaining efficiency across the workshop and pre-delivery operations Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth handovers To succeed in this role, you'll have proven experience in a similar position, ideally within a busy dealership environment.
