Contractors currently onsite have been working 12 months continuously, with no slow‑downs in sight. This role is built for fitters who want strong base hours, regular overtime, and excellent call‑out allowances. What’s On Offer $50/hr penalties 10‑hour shifts Monday–Friday 8–10 hours of overtime per week regularly OT paid after 8 hours (award compliant) Weekly pay Long‑term, ongoing roles — not project-to-project Call‑Out & Allowances Regular call‑outs available Minimum 4 hours paid per call‑out Travel paid depending on time & location Full shift stand‑down allowances paid after certain call‑outs The Role You’ll be working across preventative and breakdown maintenance in a heavy industrial / manufacturing environment.
