About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Partnerships & Impact to lead how HOPE builds partnerships, secures funding, evaluates impact, and communicates its value to the community and key stakeholders. This role is central to advancing HOPE’s growth, influence, and impact. You will drive high-value partnerships, strengthen funding pipelines, embed evaluation frameworks, and lead strategic communications and advocacy efforts. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and leaders across the organisation to ensure outcomes are evidence-based, clearly communicated, and aligned to strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include: Partnerships, Funding & Engagement Develop and deliver a Partnerships Framework aligned to organisational priorities Build and manage a pipeline of partners and funding opportunities Secure and manage strategic partnerships end-to-end Lead stakeholder engagement and represent HOPE externally Oversee tenders and grants, including opportunity identification and submissions Support community voice through a Lived Experience approach Service Impact & Evaluation Implement an organisation-wide Evaluation and Outcomes Framework Lead program evaluation and performance measurement Translate data into clear insights, reports, and service improvements Ensure ethical and culturally responsive evaluation practices Strategic Communications & Advocacy Deliver communications and advocacy strategies aligned to organisational goals Strengthen brand, voice, and impact storytelling Lead stakeholder communications and public advocacy efforts Contribute to policy influence and sector engagement People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture Drive accountability, planning, and performance What’s on Offer Competitive salary $15,900 per annum salary packaging benefits 38 hours per week based in Perth with flexible working options Opportunity to shape partnerships, influence systems, and drive meaningful impact Supportive and values-driven workplace Ongoing learning and development opportunities You’ll Need Demonstrated leadership experience Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Social Science, Communications, Social Impact, Public Policy) or equivalent experience Experience in partnerships, funding, evaluation, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience developing high-quality proposals, grants, and tenders Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills Strong understanding of government policy and funding environments Desirable: Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA, Social Impact or similar) Experience in community services or government sectors Public relations or media experience Pre-employment requirements: Current Driver’s Licence (C or A Class) National Police Clearance (within 3 months) Next Steps If you’re shortlisted, we’ll contact you for a phone conversation and may invite you to an interview at our Perth office.
