Position Details Part-Time Role - Up to 15 hours per week 3 hours per day Contract Dates: 27 April to 26 June Location: Sydney CBD Pay Rate: Up to $52.10 per hour based on experience Key Responsibilities Providing administrative and operational support to frontline teams Processing documentation and data entry with a high level of accuracy Managing incoming emails, reports, invoices, and requests through shared inboxes Uploading, naming, and categorising documents within internal systems Maintaining customer and business records across digital platforms Ensuring records are managed in line with privacy and confidentiality requirements Assisting the team with additional administrative tasks as required About You - You will bring: Previous administration experience Experience working in a customer service environment Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confidence using multiple systems and databases Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively A positive, reliable, and professional approach Desirable Experience Previous experience working within a government department or government-related environment Understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and records management processes Why Apply?
