We're hiring two Change Analysts to support a growing organisational change function delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. 1 x Change Analyst - Analytics & Reporting 1 x Change Analyst - Communications & Engagement Both roles will support change delivery across enterprise programs, working closely with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful adoption. About the Roles Analytics & Reporting Focus on turning data into insight to support change delivery, tracking adoption, readiness, and change impacts through dashboards and reporting. Communications & Engagement Focus on delivering clear, engaging communications that help stakeholders understand and adopt change effectively. Key Responsibilities (Both Roles) Support delivery of change activities across transformation programs Assist with stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments Work with project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders Support workshops, planning sessions, and change activities Gather feedback to improve adoption and change outcomes Role-Specific Focus Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools (Excel, Power BI) Monitor change activity using tools like JIRA or Asana Provide insights to support governance and decision-making Communications & Engagement Create communications including emails, FAQs, briefing packs, and updates Manage engagement channels such as intranet and forums Translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging About You Experience in change, communications, or transformation roles Strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills Strong communicator with attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments Nice to Have Experience with ERP/HRIS or enterprise systems Exposure to regulated environments (e.g. healthcare) Change or project qualifications (Prosci, PRINCE2, Agile) Why Apply?
