We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Manifesting Administrator to join our team based in Regency Park, SA. This is a key operational role responsible for accurate data entry and manifest preparation to support efficient and cost-effective transport operations. Working closely with operations, drivers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth daily freight movements. Working hours- Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm What you’ll do Accurately enter consignment note data into internal systems Prepare manifests for daily freight dispatch and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly Raise and manage linehaul manifests and trips to support tracking and contractor payments Monitor and resolve consignment discrepancies, including weight, dimensions, and destination issues Ensure all PODs and connotes are processed, batched, and imaged correctly Liaise with operations and rail coordinators to ensure accurate freight movement and bookings Send daily rail dispatch communications to receiving states Track and follow up on held consignments to minimise delays Assist with customer enquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency What you’ll bring Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or administration role Strong attention to detail with high levels of data accuracy Experience with transport systems highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good communication and stakeholder management skills Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and spreadsheets What we offer Competitive salary above industry standards Ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities Employee perks and discounts Inclusive parental leave policy Recognition programs to celebrate your success If you are a detail-oriented and safety-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, we would love to hear from you.
