The Role The Project Coordinator is responsible for centralising and overseeing the delivery and procurement of interior design and interior styling packaging. This role ensures projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard, freeing senior designers and leadership from operational bottlenecks as the studio scales. This is a hands-on, autonomous role for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and detail in a fast-paced, design-led studio environment. The Responsibilities Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of packages and projects Manage project schedules, timelines, resourcing, procurement and key milestones Oversee day-to-day studio workflow to ensure priorities are clear and delivery is consistent Support the smooth operation of the studio space Act as a central point of communication between designers, stylists, suppliers, and contractors Be a key client-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle Lead or support studio visits, guiding clients through selections and design decisions Handle client enquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally and proactively Coordinate procurement schedules and ordering processes Liaise with suppliers and trades to ensure correct specifications and delivery timing Track project budgets, lead times, and dependencies to avoid delays Implement, maintain, and improve systems and workflows across projects Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements Work closely with the Business Development Manager on incoming projects and forecasting Support senior designers by removing operational load and interruptions Contribute to studio standards, documentation, and best practice The Requirements 5 years’ experience in project coordination, studio management, or project delivery Background in interior design, interior styling, architecture, or a related industry Strong understanding of design processes, specifications, and timelines Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously CRM Software: Zoho, Monday.com, Excel (Proficient) Why this business?
