HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an APS 3 level Participant Support Officer to join a busy local office in Rockhampton . This is a public-facing role where you'll support participants by providing high-quality customer service and administrative assistance in line with legislative requirements. Key responsibilities include: Managing and resolving participant matters by actioning planning tasks in line with the relevant Act Providing counter and reception support, including assistance with self-help kiosks and online services Responding to customer enquiries and directing participants to appropriate government or community services Managing shared inboxes, appointments and telephone enquiries Coordinating appointments and ensuring office facilities are accessible for participants Undertaking basic research and investigation tasks and preparing reports or correspondence Completing data entry activities and ensuring timely follow-up Receiving and recording complaints and feedback in relevant business systems Benefits Competitive pay rate of $37.36 per hour , including casual loading, providing you with financial stability and recognition for your expertise. 12% superannuation to secure your future and support your retirement planning.
