We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer/Site Safety Officer, working across commercial fit outs and refurbishment projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised site. Key Responsibilities: Conducting safety checks and reporting hazards or incidents Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation Monitoring and promoting Health & Safety compliance on site Ensuring PPE and safe work practices are followed at all times General labouring duties across fit out and refurbishment projects About You: Previous experience in construction labouring and/or HSO duties Ideally a Cert III or IV in Work Health & Safety Strong understanding of workplace Health & Safety practices Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team Good communication skills and attention to detail White Card If you’re a proactive labourer who values safety and quality work and would like to join a national company with excellent career progression opportunities - Apply Now!
