About the role The HR Advisor ( internally known as Officer, People and Culture Hub ) is responsible for providing a range of project support, data management and reporting services to the business partnering teams to deliver effective People and Culture programs, plans and initiatives. The role also provides advice, information and responses to a range of employee enquiries and matters relating to day-to-day employment lifecycle activities. The position will focus on providing customer service and supporting the business to process various complaints. About You To be successful for this position you must: Hold a relevant qualification at minimum Diploma level in Human Resources or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience Demonstrated ability in a HR service centre environment or similar Knowledgeability in providing information and advice of human resources policies, processes and workforce related legislation across the employment lifecycle A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
