How you will make contributions that matter Cheeseworld in Allansford is looking for a hands‑on Café & Retail Supervisor to help lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver a great experience for our customers. This is a practical, on‑the‑floor role suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, retail, and working with people. As Café & Retail Supervisor, you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the café and retail space, lead staff during shifts, and help create a welcoming experience for locals and visitors. Supervising staff and supporting the team during busy periods Delivering friendly, high‑quality customer service Acting as second‑in‑charge and helping resolve customer or team issues Managing orders, tastings, hampers, and wholesale support Assisting with stock ordering, stocktakes, and supplier coordination Supporting events, promotions, and daily operations Ensuring food safety, RSA, and OH&S standards are followed This is a hands‑on role , working closely with the team on the floor.
