The bakery has been one of the popular local favourites for decades. We are looking for a well-rounded baker to join our bakery. Key responsibilities for this role include : Prepare and organise ingredients for use within recipes, producing high quality baked goods. Baking and presenting quality product to meet customer needs and trend. Operate various baking equipment and appliances Check freshness of ingredients and measure the weight - Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the bakery. Monitor stock levels of products and raw ingredients for supplier orders Use various baking techniques including kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding and shaping dough The minimum work experience for this position are : At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
