Are you a digital marketer who loves performance, promotions, and fast‑moving environments? I’m recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist for a rapidly growing crypto casino & sports betting brand that’s expanding into the US and building its own tech platform. You’ll be the right hand to a highly capable Head of Marketing, adding much‑needed horsepower to a lean team. What you’ll be doing Own and execute digital promotions: Bonus bets, free spins, “bet & get” style offers (e.g. bet on the footy, get your stake back if your team loses) Promotions for major events like the World Cup and new market launches (incl. US) Support performance & retention marketing: Work on campaigns aimed at boosting active players and player value Contribute to CRM and lifecycle activities alongside the Head of Marketing Engage the community & channels: Collaborate with the Social & Community Manager across channels including Discord (2,000 members) Help translate on‑the‑ground activities (e.g. sports sponsorships, fighter collaborations, events) into digital campaigns and content Generalist marketing support (approx. 40%): Drive “nice‑to‑have but critical” projects that the team currently has no bandwidth for (e.g. merch, VIP onboarding packs, online shop initiatives) Coordinate external creatives (designers, videographers, photographers) rather than doing everything hands-on yourself Rough split: ~60% performance/CRM/promo, ~40% generalist/event/content coordination. Tech stack & tools You’ll work with: Fast Track (CRM) SendGrid (email) Infobip (SMS) Experience with these is ideal, but not essential if you can ramp up quickly.
