We’re looking for a proactive IT Support professional to join our growing team and play a hands-on role in supporting our people and systems as KellyPartners continues to scale. What You’ll Be Doing As the first point of contact for internal IT support, you’ll deliver a positive experience while keeping our systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the frontline contact for all internal IT support requests Logging, managing, and resolving tickets within our service management system in line with SLAs Owning and escalating issues with external service providers and vendors Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes Assisting with change management and the rollout of new technologies Managing user access across core business applications Maintaining IT documentation, procedures, and the operating environment Supporting incident, problem, asset, and configuration management processes Overseeing IT assets from procurement through to secure disposal Coordinating hardware refresh cycles and equipment rollouts Assisting with acquisitions and system integrations Preparing quotations and coordinating IT equipment procurement with approval Monitoring and reporting on service levels within your remit About You You’re organised, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in providing great service and enjoy troubleshooting technical issues from start to finish. You’ll bring: A degree/diploma in Computer Science or similar Proven experience in a hands-on IT support role Experience with accounting software (desirable) A valid Australian Driver’s Licence Strong experience using ITSM/ticketing systems Practical knowledge of user administration and data networks The ability to understand, document, and resolve complex IT requests Familiarity with ITIL principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you’re passionate about troubleshooting issues, keeping systems running smoothly, and making tech work seamlessly for people, we want to hear from you.
